Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) or Sell Anywhere Automation Company website and membership program.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.), or Sell Anywhere Automation Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.)

Membership and Payments

Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) offers both monthly and annual membership subscriptions. By subscribing to Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) or Sell Anywhere Automation Company, gain access to the program's content, resources, coaching sessions, and community features, as outlined on the website.

Payments and Billing

a. Monthly Membership: The monthly membership subscription is billed at the current monthly rate of $97. The payment is processed on a recurring basis every month until canceled. If your membership includes the S.A.M.M. Automation tool your subscription is billed at the current monthly rate of $297. The payment is processed on a recurring basis every month until canceled.

1. If you are currently a Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) monthly member and would like to upgrade to an

annual member or subscribe to the S.A.M.M. Automation tool please contact our support team at donnie@sellanywhere.ai and we will upgrade your membership.

2. If you choose to upgrade to an annual member you will be charged $997 at the time of the upgrade and will have

access for a year (365 days) following the upgrade. We do not prorate payments you have previously made as a monthly member towards your annual membership.

c. Annual Membership: The annual membership subscription is billed at the current annual rate of $997. The payment is processed upfront for the entire year. If your annual membership subscription includes S.A.M.M. Automate annual subscription this is billed at the current annual rate of $3997. The payment is processed upfront for the entire year.

1. If you are an annual member of Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) you agree that we will charge you the annual membership price you paid one year from the date of purchase to renew your annual membership at the current membership price and every year thereafter until you cancel your membership with Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.)

Please email us at donnie@sellanywhere.ai thirty (30) days prior to automatic renewal to convert your membership to a monthly membership. If you wish to cancel please read the terms and conditions regarding Refunds and Cancellations.

Refunds and Cancellations

a. Refunds: Please note that we do not provide refunds for any membership subscriptions, including the annual membership after fifteen (15) days of purchase date. By subscribing to Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) or Sell Anywhere Automation Company, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made are final and non-refundable.

b. Cancellations: You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. However, please be aware that no refunds will be provided for any remaining portion of the membership term after fifteen (15) days of purchase date, whether monthly or annual.

If you cancel before the first fifteen (15) days of your membership you will be immediately canceled and the membership will no longer be accessible.

If you cancel your membership after 15 days of purchase you will still have access to the program until the end of the paid period. For example, if you cancel your monthly membership, you will have access until the end of the current billing month. If you cancel your annual membership, you will have access until the end of the paid year.

Intellectual Property Rights

Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) and Sell Anywhere Automation Company, all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the property of Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery or Sell Anywhere Automation Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or otherwise use any part of Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) and Sell Anywhere Automation Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.)

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Amendments

Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) or Sell Anywhere Automation Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) or Sell Anywhere Automation Company website. Your continued use of Sell Anywhere Mindset Mastery (S.A.M.M.) after any modifications or amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the unenforceable or invalid provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
